Hakmat Hamidi is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Fulbright Scholar with an M.S. in Construction Engineering & Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. With over a decade of leadership experience, he has directed large-scale infrastructure and energy portfolios worth over $100 million for renowned organizations, including projects funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the World Bank, the Government of Japan, the UN, and the EU.
He possesses extensive experience across the full spectrum of project delivery, from conceptual design and strategic program development to execution and evaluation. His professional focus integrates lean construction principles, sustainability, engineering leadership, and organizational capacity building.
Beyond work, he enjoys reading novels and playing chess.
