Organizational Assessment and Development of Policies for a Local NGO

In March 2024, Shatoot Consultants entered into a consultancy agreement with the Center for Regional Studies Organization (CSRSO) to support institutional strengthening through policy development. The assignment focused on drafting and developing nine organizational policies tailored to CSRSO’s operational needs. The consultancy involved a desk review of existing documentation, stakeholder interviews, and preparation of updated policies aligned with best practices.
