Mohammad Mustafa Naveed is an experienced professional with over a decade of service across Afghanistan’s development sectors. He joined Shatoot Consultants in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he oversees day‑to‑day operations, strengthens organizational systems, and ensures seamless coordination across multi‑sector projects. In this role, he drives operational excellence, manages internal workflows, and supports strategic communications to position Shatoot for better growth and donor engagement. His leadership ensures that the firm’s projects are delivered with efficiency, transparency, and measurable impact.

Previously, he served as Head of Bureau and Spokesperson at the National Development Corporation (NDC), where he managed board communications, policy drafting, and media relations, ensuring the development of progressive and inclusive organizational strategies.
