In November 2023, the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) recruited Shatoot Consultants to deliver a short-term capacity‑building program in Kabul for 25 representatives from six Afghan civil society organizations (NSDO, WASSA, ADA, RAADA, ACSFO, and KOO).

The training focused on Project Cycle Management, Logframe Development, and Proposal Writing, equipping participants with practical tools to design stronger programs, manage projects effectively, and prepare competitive donor‑ready proposals.

Delivered by two expert trainers, the program combined interactive workshops, case studies, role plays, and assessments, providing participants with confidence, clear frameworks, and actionable skills to deliver more accountable, high‑quality projects for Afghan communities.
